Google , A Way Out Woman Center third Annual bike run . And then hit images to see it .
You can call Mark at 832-492-2585 and purchase tickets with credit card over the phone.

Can anyone do a raffle? For instance, lets pretend I buy a Ford Truck. Could I legally sell tickets and raffle it off and keep the excess cash from the raffle?

I am going to answer my own question. The answer is NO in Texas.
According to the information on this page, "Only raffles held according to the terms of the Charitable Raffle Enabling Act are authorized raffles. [...] An unauthorized raffle is considered gambling under the Texas Penal Code. Conducting such a raffle is a Class A misdemeanor.Sep 27, 2018

Default 2019 F-250 SUPERCREW 4x4

Another of the “trucks to haul your bike”. The organazation “22 KILL” is raffling a 2019 Ford F-250 XLT Supercrew with some good custom touches. This is a long way off. The drawing is January 8, 2020, so they have a long time to sell tickets. Tickets are $20 and may be purchased online at the link below. BUT the rules on that page also give a way for you to get a free entry by sending a postcard.

Correct, “NO”. And that is true just about everywhere I have found. I enter raffles across the US, with the execption of a few states that require you to be a state resident to purchase a ticket.
