Where do you think the "free" donuts and coffee comes from?
You "assemble" a huge donut turd that you drop in the "prepped" bathroom about 20 minutes later, and then you wipe your *** with the "document" fee that hey use to stock the bathroom with TP (hey, it's a paper product that can be written off as a business expense).

I would not pay it, they would remove it or I would walk away. That isn't the only bike or dealership out there, remember to go over the figures closely as they are not always right. So make it right before you sign it your money.
Know the MSRP before you shop and go from there.

The prep was probably their doing a 1,000 mile service although that is rather steep and it should be carried in the cost of the bike and not a separate item.
As others have said, who cares how they got to the amount they are selling the bike for, are you happy with the price? Can you buy the same bike for less at another dealer? Rather than say "drop the fees" simply say drop the price by "X" amount, let them decide where it comes from.

NADA Guides pricing for my zip code. Change zip for your area.
Dealer took it in for less than low retail. Average retail is best case in the best of times.
Offer in between plus documentation & sales tax. Dealer still makes over $2000 minus salesman commission.
Dealer didn’t even have to change oil. A quick wash and dry.

Where do those people come from... it's beyond my scope of understanding.
