Which girl friend to choose, Road King or Dyna Switchback?
Looking for your feedback. I own a 2004 RK Classic FLHRCI with less than 10K miles in mint condition and a 2014 Dyna Switchback FLD with less than 6K miles like new. I need to sell one or the other. The wife recently bought the Dyna and has since decided she needs a Can Am Spyder. Better stability for her and peace of mind for me! That is for another thread...We want to cruise for long weekends nothing more than week to ten days at a time.
Do you keep the newer Dyna with more horsepower 103 ci or the Road King with 88 ci? Take away any variables on what I would get for either since both are clear titles. Comfort, resale, dependability are all factors I want to hear about.
Which one would you keep and why? I look forward to your comments.

I am going to go against the grain here and say keep the Dyna. Why, they don’t make them anymore, that bike which I have one of is going to get more looks and be more of a unique bike then the Roadking. Road kings are a dine a dozen, every one has one..but the switchback...now that is a unique bike.
The other plus is that it can do anything the RK can do...and do it better, same power train less weight.
The only Harley I’ve liked better was a Roadglide and my 1978 FL.

I'd only keep the one I like riding the most. Resale means nothing to me. Personally I might lean towards the RK as the 103 is not my favorite motor...although the 6 speed is nice.
At that low mileage you might just consider whichever matches your garage color scheme the most. Lol just pokin ya. You'll get better money selling the SB most likely.
