Which Touring model if any has the assets of a cruiser?
I've only owned 2 Low Riders and in the not-too-distant future I may buy a touring Harley. I am hoping they make a bike with the best of the cruiser and touring in one. Comfort for cross country rides, power, handling, power, anything else that makes the best of both worlds. Oh, and more power. Thanks in advance to any helpful input.

Thanks Twizted. I've always like the Road King look anyway so this makes decision easier. I've ridden my Low Rider for 3-8 hours nonstop quite a bit and once nonstop for about 14 hours (except for gas stops of course). I've got a good Mustang seat on it. Would the Road King be a lot better comfort?

Biggest seller for me is how damned smooth the new M8's are, they are a joy to ride.

Road KIng, you lose nothing with handling and gain a lot with versatility. I just switched from a 2010 Super Glide Custom which is very similar to the Low Rider and I feel like the Road King handles better and even feels lighter when riding. Below is part of a recent post I made on the Road King.
"I always likedthe RKk but for years never road one. My main concern was the touring bikes were just too heavy for me. Back in October I was at the dealer for something and the demo truck happened to be there so I took a spin on the RKS. I really liked it and was surprised how "light" it felt compared to my Dyna. It got me thinking that maybe I should make the switch. After comparing the RKS and RK I decided I'd rather have the longer suspension and windshield over the 114 so I started searching and even test rode a 2016 RK. Luck would have it that a 2018 RK with a stage 1 showed up at one of the local dealers with only 156 miles on it, crazy. I felt the price was competitive and started negotiating price, trade-ins etc. and a week later came home with my new RK. After having it for only 2 months I don't know that I would ever buy anything else but another RK. Maybe a RKC one day."
