On the 28th, my stepmothers son was hit in Springhill Fla by a woman doing an estimated 75 plus mph. He was stopped at a light. He is out of the hospital but his passenger is still in ICU.

 

4 days ago he gets hit by a car doing 75 and hes home? From those of us who were hit the same way, forgive me, its not adding up (ask me how I know).... 5 miles with a bike under her car, unless shes in a totally jacked F150..........

 

Confusing post... woman hit a stopped motorcyclist and passenger at 75mph... must of had some sort of forcefield to survive that

 

They were very lucky that there still on the earth with us. Lets just hope they lock the driver away for a while and she can get some rehab prayers love to all the families and to all involved.

 

I actually live about 35 miles from Spring Hill FL. I couldn't find the accident in the local news, unless I missed it. MrMikeFish, can you help us out? That type of accident usually will make headlines around here

 

I agree, a Harley under a car should physically lift a car enough to prevent it from moving.
As far as survival, the impact may have ejected the stationary rider over the car while accelerating the stopped motorcycle from 0 to 75mph in 2/10th's of a second. Such a vault might be survivable. All a matter of physics..

 

Agreed but at 75mph this guy is busted up bad. It hurt me to blink after 4 days and I was hit by a guy doing half. Forgive me but I have to call BS on this post. This accident cannot be found anywhere either...

I did a day by day search for Springhill local news for the last thirty days and found nothing. Interesting how they didn't report it !!!
