Great pix of the same place in two different time frames. Notice in pic #2 the building behind Magoo's in pic #1 is gone.

Same pic , same day,
look at the bike layout and the guy in the T shirt. same spot
The bike with the bread box filter and the bat wing bike are all in the same place
The building is not showing because of the tree in way and angle of the shot.

An internet search for the image is negative, the name of the place could be one of several in a google search. Because I am bored and I am being quiet so my wife can sleep in a bit, I looked closer at the secondary building where there appears to be a map with an overlay lettering on it. I could not enhance the lettering enough to make it so that I could read it. I did look at the shape of the map and think it may be a county...soooo like I said, bored (and I enjoy figuring things out) I pulled up maps of states, starting with OPs location, of counties and expanded my search in an attempt to find a county shaped like the map on the building. Georgia, Alabama, MS, LA, FL, NC, SC, TX, TN, KY, MO, AR and PA don't appear to have any counties shaped as depicted on the building. I wish the OP luck, perhaps if we had some context clues, why, when and who, we may be able to help further.

Those pics have a Midwest feel to them. I’d guess southern Wisconsin or Chicago area.

I looked again at the counties and it's a no go, perhaps it is a city...or maybe it is one of the old time phone numbers...olive-1234 type thing?
