So i im looking to y'alls advice and views . I posted this in my introduction but i guess you cant do that on this forum. Sorry . So i was offered a 95 sportster 1200 for my 98 honda foreman 450 four wheeler with a ton of upgrades . I dont know if its worth it or not . So i just want to see what people with knowledge say about it. Here is my four wheeler and the the bike offered to me.

 

What do you think? This is what NADA is showing for the Sportster.

 

You know what your thing is worth, the bike is worth about $2,500.

 

First thing I'd do is mostly likely jump on NADA and look up the value of both machines. After I did that, if I was not comfortable looking over the bike for any known/obvious issues, I'd have someone I trust look it over. Then based off that, if I wanted to make the swap and was now comfortable with the deal, I'd go for it. Upgrades on toys don't add much value if any. (Only to you they do)

The harley is worth $2200 more than my four wheeler. Thats boths excellnt condition values.

Whats the main things to look for on these? I have been around four wheelers and dirt bikes forever and know the normal crap to look for on those .

 

There's no way.

In the real world, the going price on that Sportster is something like $2500 to $3k, assuming it's in good shape.

 

I was also offered a 2000 sportsters 1200 but the value was less than my four wheeler according to nada.

 

Those are some giant wheels and tires on that Honda.
