About a third of the storm so far. Sitting in front of the fire looking at bike parts lol.

I need to find something to pass the time that is less expensive lol.

No miles on the bike nor snowmobile this month. Oh well, hitting the International bike show in Cleveland in a couple weeks. That’ll have to do.

The Northeast

Lived in upstate New York all my life. Great riding in the Appalachian mountains. My wife and I are looking into moving out west to get away from the winters. Snow looks nice but I could live without it.

Have no problem doing that, safer for me and the bike.

WOW, over 5 months in the garage. I hope it's paid in full.

Who was it that recently was on here saying that he would much rather shovel snow then mow the lawn? I just want to know how that's working out for ya?

That’s why I left in 72. Just enough season change in N. Ga. for me.

I'm sure things will warm up just in time for more rain before the next arctic front moves through. My private road and drive way is literally a sheet of ice. If it weren't sanded it would make a great ice rink. It's winter I want snow, plow-able snow.

I dunno how you guys live up there...snow,ice,freezing temps, leafless sticks for trees, and gray, depressing weather 8 months outta the year. I did it for 45 years & glad to be out of the Northeast.

It makes it easier if you enjoy winter activities... Many folks living up here end up in your neck of the woods for half the year then they get the best of both worlds. When my wide retires in about 15 years we plan on spending a month down south just to get a break.
