What is that ridiculous thing on the lower front frame between the shifter and brake pedal ???

That be a tool bag, everyone used to carry one. Yea, that one's mounted a tad low....

I like it....digging everything about it except the linkage he's running on his foot clutch. I could see something breaking there and wrapping inside that open primary while running 70 mph down the highway...

Yeah, that would sketch me out too, but overall I love the look of the bike. Killer build!

Well, ya gotta remember that back in those days sex was safe and motorcycles were dangerous. The bigger worry was having the belt take a bite out of the cuff of your jeans.

Good build though.

I could push several bikes out of my buddies garage that look just like that one, built 40 years ago. Hey, they were ALL budget builds back then.

Agree with the "sloppy" chain clutch linkage. Looks like a potential ouch moment. Should be many other ways to do a non-standard link without the slop.
