Dealer Forever Warranty

Dealer Forever Warranty
I just purchased a used bike from a HD Dealer who gives a Forever Warranty on the Engine and drivetrain. This is an aftermarket warranty (like insurance) they have purchased for the bike that last as long as you own the bike. The catch is the bike has to be serviced every 5,000 miles at the dealership. They said it had to be at least a three hole oil change, which is one hour labor ($90) plus parts. Now I normally do my own services on my bikes, so what I am wondering is what some of you think. Is it even legal to require the services be done at the dealership. I know the factory warranty cannot force you to do this, but can an aftermarket one? Is it worth the trouble/cost/time to keep going back to the dealership. Is this really a ploy to keep me coming to the same dealer who can then try to get me for the tires, brake jobs, etc.?
I am leaning toward going to the dealer for starts and see how it goes, but could just as easily chuck the whole thing since I did not pay anything for this "warranty". What do you all think?

until you know the cost of these 5000 mile maintenance trips i have no reasonable way to answer
if its 99 bucks once or twice a year damn straight its a deal
if its 500 maybe not'
how many miles do you drive annually , what would another warranty cost for engine and drive train after the two year factory warranty expires ?
these are math questions with easy answers
Only unknown is do you want a warranty and will performance mods void this anyway?

Yes they can legally require you to have the bike serviced at a Harley Dealership as a condition of this plan- its only the 2 year factory warranty where they cannot require you to have the dealer do the maintenance- that is illegal, but ALL service plans are aftermarket, and can set whatever conditions they wish as part of the contract. I'd never agree to this plan. I do my own maintenance. I have this useful commodity commonly referred to as "Cash" that I can use if I ever need to take the bike in for a repairs.

The cost of the services, if I just have them do the oil change, is going to be about $150 dollars. I put about 10,000 miles a year on my bike, so two services a year. The bike is a 2015, so factory warranty is already gone. One added factor, the previous owner installed a Vance and Hines tuner which the dealer deactivated because they say it will void the warranty. So now I have a tuner I cannot use if I want to keep the warranty.

Yeah I know, but when I do my own service on the bike I change all three every time since it only cost me for two quarts of oil and the time I am already taking to work on the bike.

I'd read the fine print- look for something that reads "must perform all recommended items to maintain warranty", or something like that. My truck dealer had the "warranty for life", but once I refused their "recommended" item ( flush/fill the differentials @ 20K intervals, $600) they voided my WFL.
Besides never going back there, not much I can do about it.
