Default Blacked out bikes and visibility

Looking at new Road Kings lately, and would prefer a standard, but there is one ***** of a good deal nearby on a Road King Special. black. Not nuts about just one headlight, especially with no chrome on this bike, and am concerned about not being seen by all those zombie cell phone retards out there. For you guys that have gone from a bagger with passing lamps to a blacked out bike with just one light, did you notice more issues in traffic than before?

get custom dynamics probeam for the front turn signals and you'll be set. Passing lights provide some more light, but I really don't think it makes a difference when it comes to being seen by on coming traffic.

If visibility is a concern, swap front and rear turn signals/running lights to probeams. If they don't see those, they aren't looking up and will hit you regardless. You could also get a high viz jacket/helmet that will help with visibility.

I don't know that it really makes that much of a difference with the color a the bike. Get what you like.

For me, I think that visibility more comes from the lights on the bike.

Red and blue flashing light riders also get hit. Color of the bike has nothing to do with safety. It's how you ride that makes you safe and visible.

Put daymaker headlight and passing lights as well as CD led turn signals and HD bag led lights on my SGS and it's lit up well

If you ride with the mindset that you are virtually invisible to others on the road, it doesn't matter what the color of your bike is.

If someone looking at their phone is going to hit you, it won’t matter how much chrome you have on your bike, they won’t be looking anyway.
