Default Bike to Bike Communications

I have a 2015 HD Limited with the CB connected by cable connection. Does this method communicate with a 2019 Limited CVO with blue tooth.

sorry.... I can't offer any help... but I just ordered a Cardo PackTalk Bold. Neither of us have any type of comm system on our bikes, so this should take care of us.
Sorry I can't give you any or advice!

I’m assuming that the 2019 CVO has the CB feature as standard and can be connected by Bluetooth and my 2015 CB is connected by the cable. I’m hoping bike to bike can still be achieved even though they are connected to CB differently. I wouldn’t think it would matter how they are connected as long they both connect to a CB feature

Yes, the BT wireless portion replaces the wire. The rest of the system is the same. So you will be able to use the CB via the wire and he will access the CB via BT and your CB's will communicate with each other.

Yes you will be able to communicate with a 2019 Limited CVO. I communicate with a rider on a 2019 CVO Limited. The problem on the wireless the 2019 are having, has to due with wind noise. It seems if you aren't wearing a full face helmet, you pick up a lot of wind noise. Part of the issue may be that the mic itself has a hole on both sides. Not sure why there is a hole on the side facing away from the rider.
