Easyriders magazine started getting big in the 80's. They started offering merchandise, and even had some stores (set up like dealers) scattered around. Sold bikes, parts, clothes, and even a tattoo shop. It never took off.
To this day, I still have an Easyriders key ring that I still use. I think I got it as a subscription add-on.
That jacket could have been from their mail-order, or maybe one of the stores. Patches were probably added later.

Easyriders Mag started in the early 70s. As a side note, Easyriders is where ABATE got it's start, I was a charter member. ABATE stood for "A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments". Lou Kimzey started it. Here are a couple links:
