Default Bankruptcy

Hey everyone,
New to the forum and have a title question. How long does it normally take HD financing to send a title. I filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy 5 yrs ago and my motorcycle was part of it. I received my discharge orders from the court almost 2 months ago and I have recieved all paperwork from all the other companies caught up in the Chapter 13 acknowledging my discharge but yet HD is the only one that has not sent me anything. Everytime I call my address is incorrect and I have to update it everytime. Has anyone run into this issue or similar to it. I know there is roughly a 2 to 4 week process for titles to get mailed but this is getting annoying and customer service is kind rude. Thanks for reading everybody.

So, you're saying the bike is paid off and you're waiting on H-D to send you the title?

You said it, you’re not up on bankruptcy law. Chapter 13 requires repayment plans from 3 - 5 years.
