Is a dyna really a sportster?

As far a configuration, a Sportster is more like a sister to her big brother Softail. A Dyna is more like a died off Homo Erectus branch off a SapienTouring model.

I have a sportster and I like riding the thing. Kick only right side shift 74 XLCH, have a FXD also, not the same bike. This guy is steering the pot.
