I actually had pretty much the same thing happen to me maybe 8-10 years ago. It was pretty messed up. I ended up parking my bike right where I skidded to a stop in the middle of the road after dodging cars. Walked over to the grass and just laid down for a minute to right my head and just beat feet AFTER KNOWING the occupants of the cars where being attended to. I was on my way back from a good 2-3 hour ride taking the long way to pick up a bottle of whiskey. I drank to being alive that night.

 

That's a story nobody will believe when he tells it , talk about timing ....
