It is not Black and not 1". It appears the Etsy seller will make exactly what I want...I will post a pic of how it turns out.

If you are married have you asked your wife if she knows anyone with a vinyl printer for crafting?
They have a few different brands/models, then you just have to use the right vinyl (mainly so it does not fade).
