She comes home tomorrow!

I'm super stoked and anxious! My Road King gets delivered tomorrow and the dealership is whisking my Vulcan away to sit in their showroom. Unfortunately it'll be a couple weeks before the NY weather allows for riding GRRRRRRRRRR.

Congrats! Look at it this way, you have a couple of weeks to polish on it...:icon_mrgreen:

It's gonna need some TLC for sure. Some pretty deep chips in the paint, some engine enamel flaked off, definitely shows its age. But I couldn't find anything that wasn't absurdly high miles in much better condition within several hours drive, comparable to what I paid. Everything I managed to find for better money was pretty wailed on for older carbed Evo powered Road Kings. This one ran really well, was quiet even down by the cam chest, so I can only hope the cam bearing has been replaced since it has 55k. But it has a thunderheader 2-into-1 exhaust, which aint cheap. I would suspect if the previous owner spent that kinda money, they'd have been inclined to have other work done. I'll know more tomorrow and I'll share pics. I'd love some input and opinions.
