Looks to me like there are at least three different rebate offers at this time.
-$60 H-D gift card if you purchase from dealer
- $60 Visa card if you purchase 2 tires and service from a professional dealer
-$40 Visa card if you purchase 2 tires most any where including online

I bought 2 tires last year from Chapparrel two weeks apart because I didn't see the nail in the front one until I was putting the rear back on. The deal then was a gift card for buying a pair. I emailed Dunlop with my story and sent them copies of both receipts and they honored the deal for me. Got my card a few weeks later. This is the second time Dunlop has done me well on something. They are ok by me for sure.

I had a similar problem with Dunlop, mailed the form in but never got the rebate. I emailed Dunlop and got a reply with a number to call. I called and they asked if I had received a confirmation email which I had not. They told me since the program had ended I wouldn't be able to participate. I replied to the email, (david_johnson@dunlopmotorcycletires.com) and explained that I wasn't very happy about the issue. He asked for a copy of the receipt which I emailed. A few weeks later I received the appropriate compensation.

My experience with Dunlop tire rebates: After submitting all my info on their online portal on August of 2018, I rec'd no response. After reaching out to Dunlop, I rec'd this reply on Nov. 9th:
Hello Michael,Thank you for your email and documentations.I am having this escalated for a late entry request. Please allow 2-3 business days for escalation. Once I receive information back, I will be sure to inform you.Regards, Alondra Dunlop Motorcycle Rebates
Then after getting re-annoyed by this thread, I sent this missive today, March 18th: As you did not follow up with me regarding this matter, I am reaching out one more time to Dunlop. Are you going to honor my request? Or do I need to “escalate” this matter with the NYS Attorney Generals Office?
To which I rec'd this replay today from Dave Johnson at Dunlop:
I was able to reach out to the rebate processing center, below is their response.
“I have entered in and approved the customer's claim under the National JulAug 2018 for the amount of $50.00. The claim number for your reference is 24241857.”
Please allow 2-3 week to receive, keep an eye out for a plain white windowed envelope.
