Because it isn't one if the millions of black Street glides on the road.
Personally, I really don't like the way 99% of the Road glides look. The fairing reminds me of something from Judge Dredd starring Sylvester Stallone and the dash seems so far away in addition to being very car like.
Different people like different things.
