He's getting a RK so he can take his wife with him on longer rides. The Rocker isn't comfortable for 2. I got a Breakout, same deal sorta. I'm looking to get a nice RK or HC myself. Went to one of the dealers around here yesterday. Only had a couple used ones. They we're a little high in price, but idk how much they'd dicker either.
I'm thinking it may tougher than I thought to find an older one that don't naturally "show it's age". Idk.
Others on this forum, too, have told me 09 and newer are preferred. It wouldn't keep me from a helluva deal on a helluva nice older one though. I've also been advised that 99-06 we're the ones with the cam tensioner woes. Idk how ya could tell if it's been upgraded or not besides the sellers word. IF he knows. I think it's about a $600 fix?
