Ever been to Budweiser, they have a whole mess of tours.....and none of them are free. I would imagine insurance to cover any type of tour is astronomical. So to have a freeby one and a paid one...well done MOCO....well done. We are lucky that there is any tour at all in this day and age of sue happy dooshcanoes. I know most factories will stop you at the gates.

I would consider getting a tour of the Harley factory to be entainment similar to other things you would expect to have to pay for like to going to the movies, a museum, a concert, a ball game or a guided tour in a bus or limo. You wanna play ya gotta pay. Ain't nuthin' fer nuthin' no mo.

That's pretty silly. There's no nobility in being foolish with the dollar, and there's nothing admirable about paying too much.
I was looking at a new Voyager. It was an extremely nice bike. It had everything offered on the Road Glide at half the price.
They seem to hold up well, too.

Ive been on lots of brewery tours and if I paid it was just a few bucks, and you usually got some beer at the end, maybe even a glass. $38 seems like a lot, But maybe it is just niche that only a few people do since you have to schedule it. Since they also have a free one, I guess oh well.
No one ever said Harley cares about the customer.
Does it end at the gift shop? Every tour ends there.
