Anyone hitting up Rolling Thunder for its last year? I will be loading up and headed that way on the 21st. Will actually be my first one and unfortunately I guess my last.

 

This will be the first year I have missed in years, will be at the beach, ride safe and enjoy.

I am planning on it. I will ride from either Baltimore or Philly because of work. It would be my ninth time.
I do hold out hope that it will continue with perhaps others at the helm.

Yes, this is the last national run. There have been rumors that there will be regional versions of it though. I'm not going to make it this year even though I'm only about 35 miles away. Gotta work (damn it!).

 

yup, headed down on the 23rd, staying at Westin Dulles. Let’s hope for great weather. About a 10hr ride for us.

We are making a 2 day trip getting there. Doing something I have never done before...trailering the bike out there...gasp! Staying with a friend of my step dad. Looking forward to it.
