My Dyna is limited to 130mph. By many factors. Maybe even 120...I dunno.

If you have an accident doing over 107, the insurance/liability issue is probably not going to be one of your concerns. Your executor or administrator will have to deal with it. This matter of allowing anyone with a programmer to delete the speed limiter will probably/maybe last until Harley gets into the first serious lawsuit. Manufacturers didn't come up with the idea of speed limiters for an altruistic purpose. Just my $0.02...
