My Dyna is limited to 130mph. By many factors. Maybe even 120...I dunno.
More like 110.
Kinda doubt it can do 100, come to think of it.
Should be able to do 90mph.
I'm almost positive it'll do 80, if you have patience.
70, it can do.

 

If you have an accident doing over 107, the insurance/liability issue is probably not going to be one of your concerns. Your executor or administrator will have to deal with it. This matter of allowing anyone with a programmer to delete the speed limiter will probably/maybe last until Harley gets into the first serious lawsuit. Manufacturers didn't come up with the idea of speed limiters for an altruistic purpose. Just my $0.02...
