2001 with zero miles
I have an opportunity to purchase a 2001 Springer Softail, which was delivered to the owner stored and never ridden 0 miles , what are the issues I might have regarding using the motorcycle safely after such a long period Any advice would be appreciated please note I am not sure if the Motorcycle is fuel injected

Wow....that's insane! Honestly, I would find your best local Indy and have him go through the thing with a fine tooth comb. Anything made of rubber (tires, seals, rings etc) are probably toast. Replace every fluid possible as well. You could have found a diamond in the rough......but it could be just plain ol' rough.

People join to ask questions. Look at all the threads about my bike won't start, that are the first post
My issue would be nothing got repaired during warranty. I would not pay more for it that any other used 01.
As far as all the rubber and everything fall off. Not if stored half way decent. I have an 01, other than the leaky seals, tires, breaks, and some gaskets, still original.

Some dealers test ride newly assembled bikes so they know they're good to go.
