Why so many 2018 M8s in used inventory?
I love my 2014 Road King. It’s the best Harley I’ve ever owned. But once in a while I miss my Street Glide. I really like the Silver Fortune color on the ‘18s and have found several in dealer inventory (used). Near me, there is one with 800 miles and one with only 87 miles. Not only that, but there are LOTS of used 2018 M8 touring bikes in dealer inventory. My dealer has about a dozen. That’s a little scary. Why are they being traded off so quickly? Makes me want to hold on to my RK.

Wow!?
I'm curious too? |
Sumping and clutch recalls...

More likely people couldn't afford them over something nefarious, every dealer I've set foot in always had a good bunch of last years used bikes sitting around some people have real short attention spans when the newest and the latest & greatest comes out.

Harley dealer in my area has rentals. Most likely a balance sheet decision added to the mix.

people buying more than they can afford..Harley finance loves it..money made two different ways for them..

It could also be the fact that they're junk....
