Plug it and run it til you need a new tire. Do you guys have any idea just how strong a motorcycle tire is against blowing out? I've plugged dozens in motorcycles and cars/trucks and never had an issue. Even took my ZX-11 regularly up to 160 mph with a worm in the rear tire. Ever since I seen a friend of mine do rolling smoky burnouts for about 50 yards on an R1 and stand-up 3rd gear wheelies at redline with a plugged tire, only to stop using the tire because belts were showing, proves to me that worms are a great solution to the problem.

I have used plugs many many many times over the years without an issue. I carry a plug kit, needle nose pliers, and rasp to clean out the hole, and a portable air pump/compressor. I've had as many as 4 plugs in one tire and took the tire to where it was almost bald before changing it. Never a leak!
For those who are afraid of plugs and think they might get a flat, add Ride-On.

Stop-n-go kit
Antigravity battery & pump
Ride On (primarily to balance tires,,,, works great !)
None of it used in anger yet but I'd rather be in a position to do "something" besides wait for a service truck IF I were in a location with a cell phone signal. The whole shabang is very compact and the battery doubles as a flashlight and could probably jump start the 103 TC 20 + times between charges. Sure I have roadside insurance but in my youth, we used to make fun of guys who couldn't deal with a roadside flat,, so.
I've read on other threads how some guys will plug at the roadside then have the tire patched from the inside when they get to a service center. By all accounts it seems to work and I'd be confident in that as a permanent solution for a newish tire with lots of tread remaining.

Ride on, and I carry some generic 12V air pump on trips, but so far haven't had to use it.
I also carry one of those small lithium jump box things and have a harness for it running to the battery so if I have to jump the bike I don't need to mess around with jumper cables.
