Default Twin cam cam plate upgrade

I have a 99 ultra classic efi just upgraded. to SE cam plate with high volume oil pump.put in rocker lockers also there was no gasket on front exhaust so used crush gasket that came in kit , oil pressure is now around 40 psi running and around 8 at idle.now I have poor accelerating especially in 1st and 2nd gear would appreciate any input on possible cause thanks in advance guess I forgot to mention I bought oil pump alignment tool

Check to see if the engine is sumping. The return side of the oil pump may not be scavenging enough oil out of the crankcase & that will kill the performance & make the engine run hot. Either you didn't install the"upgrade" correctly or you have a defective part.

Check your cam gear dots.. Maybe your 1 tooth off on the retarded side.

Thanks it was sumping don't know how the original pump wasn't used same size o ring as was on pump I pulled but wasn't sealing
