Warped Rotor?
When I'm rolling under 30, I can feel a bump, bump, bump, from the front wheel with every rotation. The bump goes away immediately when I apply any pressure to the front brake lever.

A warped rotor would be worse when you hit the brakes. Check you tire and wheel for an imperfection like a bulge.

I had a warped rotor. My front breaks would not have pressure at first due to pads being pushed apart.
|
Warped rotor will give a pulsating feeling when you grab the brakes. Your issue sounds like a tire or wheel problem.
|
Could be a bad tire, bad wheel, bad wheel bearing, bad rotor, bad caliper, bad pads, bad fork internals, stuck pad, sticky puck, neck bearings.....hope this helps.

What they all said.

If you want to know for sure check the rotor with a dial indicator.
|
It is a very warped right front rotor. The rotor hits the caliper, making the bang. When the brakes are engaged, the rotor is centered, pulling it away from the caliper.
EBC floaters and Lyndall pads on the way. |
