The Ozarks

Went last month for the first time. Met about 18 guys from the forum down there. It was hands down, the best riding I've ever been. Beautiful part of the country with awesome roads.
As was said, the folks are very friendly and accommodating. I use to wonder how guys could only get 10-15,000 miles out of their tires, now I know.
Looking forward to going back, trying to plan that already.

Going thrugh the Ozarks on way to Nashville in early Sept.
You're photos have me anticipating.
Was told on by someone on here that Pig Trail from Eureka Springs to 40 to get to Nashville is great scenic ride.
But also want to stop in Talihina, OK as someone said The Angry Hussy Cafe has great food, and I need that coffe mug or shirt :-)
Thanks for the photos looks like a nice ride. Can't wait

Once you pop out on the southern end of the good part of the Pig Trail, hang a left on 215 to Oark. If your timing is right have lunch at the General Store. Then take 103 into Clarksville.
You're welcome.

Great pics! I recognize several of those spots. I'm in NE Oklahoma and sometimes when it's nice and I have nothing else to do, I pick a direction and just ride with no set destination. I have ended up in Eureka, Fayetteville, and Clarksville a few times over the years. Lots of great roads in the area.

Went to NW Arkansas in 17 and 18 with a group of friends and loved it. Pretty damn hot in 17, but the riding was still awesome.
We headed through Eureka Springs and up to the Crescent Hotel from the back end of town which was a mistake! Kind of steep and challenging we found out.

it was only a few years ago that 215 from Cass to Oark was not fully paved. Changed to hardpacked dirt about halfway. Was still ridable. All paved now. If you can ride after an overnight rain, there are a series of waterfalls that come off the mountain just next to the road. Beautiful!! We regularly ride Arkansas, both north and south of I-40. Great twisty roads in relatively good condition, good signage for curves, little traffic and awesome scenery. Yes, Arkansas is our favorite riding destination. An unsung gem and a motorcycling mecca!!
