Default Seat question

Got a line on a really good seat deal on the local Craigslist. Anybody know for sure if a seat from a 2014 Ultra will fit an 09 Road King?

I was looking at seats for my Road King on Harley's website. When I looked at "fitment" to see what years it fit, it listed 2014-2019.
It makes me think they made changes in the Rushmore years that won't work on the pre '14 bikes.

EDIT:
I just looked at another seat (Sundowner) that shows it fits 2008-2019 bikes. It fits 2014 and later bikes without a tour-pak.
If the tour-pak was the only problem with the seat fitment, a '14 seat would fit your '09 Road King just fine!

Awesome, thanks. I'm going to try to get in touch with the guy, the ad is still up.
Have a good one.

All I recall seeing here is the change in 2008, due to the bigger gas tank. If it were mine, I'd eyeball 'em both, just to make myself feel better.

Replied to the ad but the guy didnt see it in time. Sold the seat the night before. It was a Sundowner seat taken off his bike with 700 miles on it. $50. Someone got a great deal.

For future reference I believe 09 and up is the same fitment. My seat is from an 09 SG.

My 2011 seat fits my 2018. Most seats are 09 and up.

When I had questions about what seat would fit my bike, I rode the bike over to the guys house and tried the seat to see if it fit.

Aren't the frames different in 2009 and up?
