So my wife had 5 packages to mail today - one large and 4 small. She's got a full size SUV plus my car (I rode my bike to work today) in order to haul these to the UPS store. What does she decide to do, ride her bike of course.

I've been known to run down the local grocery.... and hang a bag or two off the bars on the way home.

You took this to a completely different level.

Friday after work my wife tells me we are having movie night on the patio outside. I said we don't have a projector, honey. She says, not with that kind of attitude we don't.

So I swing into best buy on the way home to pick out a new projector. But I'm riding my bike and I removed the sissy bar, pillion seat and the luggage rack. So I had to pick out the smaller of the projectors they had. Still ended up bungee cording the box to the rear fender, hoping not to scratch it.

The struggles of riding is real. HAHA

Got the same issue. I've brought up going to these things on four wheels and some cargo space but she'll have nothing of it.Her attitude is "let see what we can fit on the bike.

Yup , brought home a two ft plant once . Saddle bag open , all strapped in , and more dirt in the saddle bag than in the pot . I made her clean it out once we got home .

Got a smokin deal on a bar sink , bench grinder and a food processor . Had to go back for the drill press though ... took my truck for that ..

Sometimes, you have to improvise.

Don't show your wife these pictures. I am fascinated with how inventive people can be. Folks in other countries that don't have our restrictive laws and can only afford a motorcycle for transportation get things done we would never consider doing.
