There's no way she got a driver's license 16 days after getting ticketed for driving under suspension.
Which gets to the real crime here: Our soft treatment of these selfish ********. She should have been in jail.

Another example of how inept bureaucracy gets people killed, and the enablers usually dodge all responsibility and keep on enabling. If you doubt it, look at the latest news on the 7 NH fatalities regarding the Mass RMV and how their total negligent inaction got 7 innocent people killed.
