Today my old mother came into my room and told me somebody called her that my Harley is too loud and that I push the throttle each time I pass their house. She did not want to tell me who called her. Apparently, this bigot is afraid to tell me directly to my face. They even followed me to the registration office, where I register my Harley to find out who I was.....that was fishy too cause they should not get any info there.....

Apparently, this person is so determined to cause me the problem he will do anything....and my mother does not want to tell me who called her....
It is more important that my bike is too loud than if somebody runs me over on my bike.....

Some people just hate me, gypsies threatened me with baseball bat......cause of my Harley......but the last person I don't know who it was.......
What to do? Like i am the only one who has a loud bike.........

And my mother would be happier to have a quiet bike than a safe bike with loud exhaust.....
I think she want me to sell my bike or I dont know drive in anotehr city.......how you deal with this bullshit??
I drive my motorbike only twice per week and even then I have to pass their house once or twice.......so it is complete bullshit
What to do next???

 

Time to get a concealed carry permit.

 

Install some Neighbor Haters and put the brochure in their mailbox. Lol

 

Take the baffles out of whatever you have. Ride faster.

 

Maybe it's time you moved out of your mom's house.

 

Maybe move out of your mother's house so she won't be bothered. IDK

 

If you know that your Harley is loud, and your mother is in the line of fire from unhappy neighbors, and there was harmony in the neighborhood before you came roaring in, I'd say you already know what you need to do to put that smile back on your mothers face......and by all means run right out and get that concealed permit and arm yourself over a loud exhaust !!!
Those loud pipes aren't gonna save your *** when someone turns left in front of you even if you are running open headers at 60 mph !!!! What ever happened to common sense ??

 

It's probably a good idea to lay low and eat some pop tarts for a few days. I'm sure mom keeps them stocked for you.

 

well they are old...it is attached house I have......and I help them take care of the house......maybe I should move.....

 

For the mere fact that you live with your folks, you may want to try to play nice. Loud pipes don’t really do anything other than annoy people. Very recently a friend of mine, who believes loud pipes save lives, almost got run over while revving his engine to get the attention of a driver. A quieter set of pipes would not only make your riding experience better it may also bring peace to your neighborhood and your family.

That of course is just my opinion and you do what you like.
