Where's the Livewire???
 

From all the H-D ad copy, the Livewire electric bike was supposed to be available by the end of September. But, so far anyway, I haven't seen any indication from our local dealer that they have arrived. I suppose I should call them or, better yet, go out there the next time there's free food and see what's up. Anybody have any info from your neck of the woods?

Not being a wise guy but does anybody really care?

It's been raining a lot here. Probably not a good time for electricity.

I looked for Livewire-authorized dealerships in and around "xyzzy" and nothing came up. Bummer.

They are demoing all over AZ.

Have you found out if your local dealer is going to carry that bike? I don't know if the closest dealer to me is intending to carry that bike- I suspect so, they are one of the bigger dealers in the area, but I hardly ever to there...................

Northwest Harley just got one in a day or two ago.

Seems to be all preorder.

I still want one but for the price of a used civic... Maybe I'll go buy a lotto ticket today and if I win I can put it all down towards the down payment..

Last I heard, they were still hooked up to the charger and they're not sure how much longer it will be before they could turn one loose.
