Torx on AC???
 

Wanted to change out my SE airfilter with a K&N and I encountered 3 strange fasteners on the aircleaner....is this also a torx bolt and if so, what size and where the hell can I get such a tool? [:@]

mine where a Pain in the a i beleive there torq but was a long time ago i do remember rounding the onebolt tring to get the one out but got it out enought to get a good grip with vice grips.

Torx T-27.................Harley's use T-45, T-40, T-27, & T-20s...........I got my T-27 from Snap-on

Torx a royal pain in the arse. Decided to change my primary this afternoon & the first 3 screws came out easy the next one rounded off and I had to drill off the head. Going to find some replacements soon!

I got a set at Harbor Freight, along with a set of long hex heads for about $40.
