Default What could be the cause....

Don't know if this should posted in a different section so my apologies if I goofed.

Anyway, I have an '07 RK Custom with just over 3000 miles. This weekend a group of us rode to Reno for Street Vibrations. This was the first time I rode the bike at a high elevation 7000ft+. The scoot did great on the ride from home to Reno (bout 248mls). The ride back was fine as well until we came down the otherside of the hill down to about 1000 ft. When we came into a town called Jackson and came to our first stop at a lower elevation the bike just shut off when I pulled the clutch in. It started right back up without a problem. It did this a couple more times before getting home. My buddies thought maybe it was the computer having a hard time adjusting again to the lower elevations. I'd like to know if anyone has experienced this with their scoot. I'm taking it in to the dealership this week but I thought I'd ask here to try and get an idea of what could be happening.

Oh, by the way the temperatures dropped to about 30 degrees at the top of the mountain if this makes a difference. Appreciate any thoughts.
