I'm the editor of my chapter's (Miami) newsletter so I have them on my vest that I rarely wear except to meetings

Patches and pins are for girl scouts. ;)

Just received my patch and pin today. Was given a years free membership when I bought the bike. Don't know if I'll add the patch to my vest as all I have now is a Texas and U.S. Flag patches.

I have all of mine. The pins are in a display case with lots dealer pins etc. The patches are in a desk drawer.

I'm not big on clothing pins and patches, just like I'm not big on bumper/window stickers on cars. So, I only have the first year that I was in HOG national patch on my vest. The rest are glued around the big white board I have in my garage. As for pins, most of them are stuck into a piece of Styrofoam that's glued to the wall over the white board. I do have my PGR pin, an American flag pin, and a Vietnam Veteran patch on my vest.
My leather jacket only has a PGR pin on each lapel and and American flag pin over my heart. (small HD decal in the lower center of my cage rear window) |

Yep, I'm a HOG member.
like others I have a ziploc bag of event pins, hog pins and mileage pins that someday I may put on a cork board. The patches end up in the filing cabinet and someday I'll sell them as a set on ebay. The touring handbook usually gets trashed each year while riding in my saddle bag as I make my way around the country. I take advantage of the AT&T discount I always ask if hog members get a discount and you would be surprised how many times hotel clerks give me a discount just because I asked even though they don't offer one. I've used the $100.00 dollar offer to cover extra cost of being towed to a harley dealer of my choice instead of the closest one that my roadside assistance wanted to take me to. |
Funny ! I have the one hog pin on my vest the other stuff goes in a zip lock bag and is in a desk drawer !
