No jail time. Pelt them with stones at the next rally.

Justice system failing?

Twenty years plusfour more on the federal charges seems about right.

If they were caught in Sturgis in 2003 they must not be the scum that stole my buddy's bike in Daytona in 2005.

Prosecutors in South Dakota dropped charges against his wife, Linda Gebert, 59, and his son, Justin Gebert, 29, in exchange for David Gebert's guilty pleas. Prosecutors in the federal case have agreed to seek house arrest for Linda Gebert because she is in poor health.

WTF?
dropped charges against his wife, Linda Gebert, 59? Why, put that nasty *** C*nt in county jail to serve out the rest of her days with no dental or health care.

house arrest for Linda Gebert because she is in poor health? I would like to show all theives what bad health is all about. What damage they did. Theives should be left tied to a tree to rot! That would be a less severe sentence than they deserve.

son, Justin Gebert, 29 Birds of a feather flock together. Tree hin as the gean pool should be cleaned out! Maybe we'll let the dog live.

Let's do some quick math, here...

2.1 something million bucks in thefts... 350 thousand bucks paid back...!!!

That leaves somewhere around 1 million, 750 thousand dollars to go...!

Kill all three of them now and be rid of the problem and THEN... While the defense lawyers are spending time to rebutt the claimed loss, the prosecution can calculate just how much the defenselawyers have cost the state by the delays, and charge THEM for the additional loss to the public!

If government can not, or more exactly, WILL not responsibly address the issues of crime against the general public, I'm afraid that vigilanteism is going to be the result. That's not good for anybody in the long run!
