Grizzly Harley Davidson in Helena, MT has the best customer service I've ever encountered. My uncle lost a muffler on our trip. Grizzly made time to fit him in and make the repair while we waited. They have a beautiful fairly new dalership off of I-90 now. Bought two Harley's from them.

For Copper Canyon Harley in Butte, and Big Sky Harley in Great Falls...same owner. Same, um...well. If I don't have anything nice to say, I'll stop here.

 

Kudos to the service department at Cool Springs HD in Franklin, TN, for finding the problem and cure on my 2017 Trike.

 

I was returning to Fort Lauderdale after a fantastic holiday ,when the rear wheel bearing disintegrated . I phoned HD Lacey , the closest dealer ,and told them my problem and that I had another 3300 miles to get home .
TWO and a HALF days later they phoned me that two bearings had been replaced
2 1/2 days REALLY 2 1/2 days to change rear wheel bearings .
LACEY your actions cost me three nights in a hotel and 2 days lost pay because I could get back in time for work

When I bought my bike the salesman said if I bought the extended warranty they had to either fix it now or put me up in a motel while away from home.
Has anyone every got put up in motel while they were fixing bike? Or was the salesman just selling extended warranty.

Snook at Fort Bragg Harley Davidson is a great salesman and all around good dude. The wife and I both ride, and we met with Snook three times over the course of buying our latest bike. He took us in the back to show us some new CVOs that had just been uncrated, even though they were out of our price range. Took us on some test rides. And then grabbed his own tools and put the docking kit and sissy bar on our new bike while we were going through finance.

Great experience.

 

Historic Harley-Davidson in Topeka KS was great to me. I didn't buy my bike from them but had them program my bike with TTS mastertune. They did a fantastic job.

 

Just bought a new '17 Tri Glide. Traded in my '16. Very smooth transaction. No pressure. Discounted the '17 and gave me retail plus 20% for my trade. They offer a very nice military/law enforcement/Fire/EMT discount on top of all else. Service dept is excellent. They did the service work on my '16. No screw ups
