Default Macon Harley Davidson

Macon Harley Davidson in Macon, Ga is a very good dealer. They treat you right all the way around. I bought my '16 FLHTK thru them last year & they gave me a good trade offer on my FXDWG. I had (2) dealers close to me in south Ga., but Macon was better to deal with. Very pleased with Macon HD.

St Paul Harley.
***** 5 stars.
I bought my 2015 Iron from there new and it had something wrong with it where it was missing, the A/F ratio was off and it'd bog. I called in and spoke with Tom in service and we got in it very quickly for warranty work. They replaced the O2 sensor and another sensor that I dont remember and returned the bike to me. After a bit it started doing it again, called Tom and he got me right in and replaced the MAP sensor. After a bit started doing it again, called Tom and he got me right in, each time profusely apologizing, this time they replaced the ECM. As a further apology, they dropped the bike off at my house after the work was done complete with a gift card. It started doing it yet again so I called Tom and he brought the bike straight in again. He called the MoCo and gave them the service history of the bike vs. miles on it and demanded they overnight a new wiring harness (only piece that wasnt replaced already) overnight which the MoCo did. They pulled a wiring harness off the line and overnighted it to St Paul Harley. The techs at SPH installed it the next day and I have had trouble free riding since then. Totally sucks buying your first brand new bike and first Harley and going through this but Tom and the crew at St Paul Harley are all great people and really went the extra mile to get it right.

Pomona Valley Harley Davidson

I took my 2016 Ultra Limited in to have a tire changed (picked up a nail) under a non factory extended service plan. At first they did not know if they could get it covered, but agreed to try for me. I also asked them to check it over since I just got back from riding to Sturgis.

They had my bike for two days, but took good care of me. They got the tire covered, so I only had a $50 deductible for the tire. They also found a shift shaft seal leak, so they took care of that at the same time. No hassle, and no screwing around.

Picked up my bike, nice & clean, and running great. I think they are my new dealer for service work, and they are only 10 minutes from my house.

I've found the people of Sacramento Harley Davidson to be fair and honest every time I've gone by. They never try to sell me stuff I don't want, they don't "follow" you around with "Can I help you?". They answer questions about new bikes without "Can I put you into.....(sales pitch). When I bought my bike, sales rep, Bob, even suggested I purchase add-ons separately, in order to save registration fees. Parts department have only suggested items when I asked for suggestions. good people, good dealer. IMO

Haven't been back to check out the 2018's down at Bert's Black Widow Harley in Port Charlotte, Florida but had a terrific experience last December trading in my 2016 103 Tri Glide on a slightly used 2017 M8 Tri Glide. The Sales Manager is a hoot to work with!

You should also check out Bert's Barracuda in St Pete (used to be Jim's). Same owner, same philosophy.

Schaeffer's Harley Davidson in Orwigsburg, PA is the best around my area. It a great family owned dealership. Always fair and go above and beyond to take care of the people that they deal with.
I drive by another dealer to get to them (extra 20 miles)...Just to give you an example of how good that they are.

Default Thunderbird HD Albuquerque, NM

I took my MSF Basic Rider course here. The facility was amazing, the instructors were incredible. All the employees were friendly and cool. Everyone seemed willing to talk about Harley's and answer any questions without being condescending or elitist to those of us who were new to the world of HD. I rented a 1200 Custom Sportster for a month and Austin was a pleasure to deal with. All of the salespeople (Fit Specialists) were helpful, without feeling pushy, and eager to go out and test ride anything that you wanted to take for a spin. The philosophy seems to be that test riding anything is more fun than standing in the showroom floor and therefore they are always willing to go for a ride with you. There is a large area with bulletin boards for upcoming events and rides posted. Anyone going out for a ride is always encouraged to stop by before or after to use restrooms, take complimentary water/coffee/soda, stretch your legs, etc. They always have a bbq fired up, bike washes, live bands, etc. It feels more like a clubhouse sometimes than a dealership. I didn't end up buying my Fat Bob from them but when the time comes to buy new, (One day 2018 Fat Bob, you will be mine) I feel confident that I will be glad to sign paperwork with these guys. If you are ever in the area, stop in. These people are awesome.

Service at Ocean County HD has been outstanding. I found them to be honest and reliable. I wish it was possible to talk directly to a Technician but then again they would never get any work done. Nothing is inexpensive but here at Ocean HD it is done right the first time. Five Star.
