JD’s Cycleworks to reopen.
Dave is reopening his shop in Nazareth PA.sometime this March. I rode over from Brooklyn to have him tune my bike at his old shop. Great mechanic and a great guy.

Weiblers in Davenport Iowa. Three different times I needed something simple done. Each time it required someone to work on it in the shop (once for almost an hour) and each time, when I got my wallet out to pay, I was told we'll catch you next time.
I never bought a bike from them and couldn't tell you the name of the people who helped me.

Paris TX Harley Davidson
After traveling the country WI to southern TX stopping at different dealers, and getting the normal BS sales pitch and high prices on new and used bikes, someone in passing recommended I reach out to Paris Harley out of Paris TX. So we did via internet. I asked for no BS sales pitch, just best pricing. They pulled through, with the most aggressive price, with no BS. Just down right southern hospitality price. Ask for Jessy James, he is new but was more than helpful and cut right to the chase.

Bruce Rossmyers in Ormond Beach, FL is awesome! Just bought a 2016 FLHP with 8090 miles on it for $12K out the door! Did the whole deal on the phone and overnight paperwork (I live in VA and they are in FL). I called Mark Skully Klayman at 9:00AM and the bike was mine at 2PM. They're even keeping it for me until November when I move back there. Financing was a breeze with Kristen's help.

I returned to dealing with the original shop I did when I first moved to the Denver area in 1984; Rocky Mountain HD in Littleton. I've dealt with two others, Sun and Avalanche. Sun was great until the guy I dealt with had to retire due to injuries from a car accident.
Avalanche was ok, got a good deal on my purchase in '15 but once my service plan ran out I was done with them-acted more like a car dealer than a bike shop-hardly any of the sales people rode, just a bad vibe.
Rocky Mountain has been very consistent over the years, made me a great deal on my recent RK purchase, they're close to me, have always had good experiences in the service department, just overall decent folks to me.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Freddie in sales, Derrick the service manager, Serge & Edwin in parts at HD Glendale and everyone else at that dealership.
Serge & Edwin always take care of my needs and are upfront about delivery times and will also reach out when things get delayed which is awesome.
Derrick is just a rockstar, even when I do a lot of work myself on the bikes Derrick will always take the time to answer any and all questions.
Freddie is just a fun Frenchman living in SoCal, and sold our two bikes (FLS & FLHX) back in 2013.
Overall I could not be happier with HD Glendale.

Buckmin’s D&D in Xenia, OH. Dan and Kent talked me through all the 2018 upgrades and helped me understand the warranty issues that have popped up since I bought my last bike in 2014. Their parts guys were super patient with me as I asked 456 questions about Stage 1 vs. Stage 2 upgrades.
I visited 4 different dealers in the Dayton/Cincinnati area and none came close to matching Buckmin’s.
