Big Sky HD in Great Falls MT. knowledgeable and fair price....excellent customer service

Big Sky HD has been so easy to work with. I bought a bike off of their website, and spoke with Rick who was super helpful. The price was right and they dealt the price down with me over the phone. Highly recommended

This is for Kutter or Board Tracker in Janesville Wisconsin ...I brought bike in for tires and oil change Friday morning . I made appointment a week in advance as requested. I was greeted by name before 9 am opening and 3 people not in service asked to help while we were waiting for 9 am opening. The parts guy Sonny and couple salespeople offered a few magazines coffee soda etc while i waited. EVERYONE smiled everyone said hello . Service was finished promptly and i was given 20 minutes notice by the head of service .I used my prepaid maintenance plan it worked as promised >much better than i expected!! Buying the Bike was fun 18 months ago and you made the service experience positive. Thank you

Default YUMA HARLEY DAVIDSON in YUMA ARIZONA

The owner is still a tech as well. I was escort an airplane to California from Texas. Had a problem with my bike. We escorted at night due to the wing span. I dropped off my bike in the morning at YUMA HD. That afternoon they had it done. Saw it was a Police bike and new we had to get on the road and pushed up ... even had to remove a part from a new bike to repair mine. Said they would replace on the new bike when the new part came in.... only charged me about $900 .... was the shift shaft, lever and primary bearing and had to replace something inside the transmission.... but to get it done in that short of time, I was impressed.

Owner said he had broken down on the road before and new what it was like.....

Zylstra HD in Elk River Mn. Took my bike in for the ABS recall. They had it in and out in a timely manner and hooked me up on a set of take off shocks to replace my blown out set.

Default Cincinnati area dealer

Eastgate Harley was awesome best price for sure in the tri-state area Brian was great and you only deal with one person from start to finish...just bought a 2018 xl1200c custom very happy with the deal the bike as well as the dealer VERY easy to deal with if you don’t give Brian a call before you buy in this area you paid too much...

Not an H-D dealer but the local Indy shop "The Rumble House" in Hugo, MN is phenomenal.

I brought my bike in there to install new headers, pipes, air cleaner, and chrome clutch perch/master cylinder. I bought the headers off a guy from Facebook and didn't do a good enough inspection of the parts and missed that some essential mounting hardware was MIA. Gary called in a few favors after the shop closed and I got a call at about 830pm saying he had someone at V&H take a mounting kit off the factory line and that they would ship it out to him the next morning.

Gary and crew are amazingly friendly on the phone and in-person and remembered me from a Facebook conversation we had last fall. Always a smile on his face with top-notch work from his crew. The tech even spent 15-20 minutes with me going over Fuel Moto's FP3 tuner and taught me some cool tricks with it to get the bike running perfectly.

This was my first time getting work done on my bike an a non-HD dealer and besides warranty work, I won't go to any other shop.

Default The Ranch Harley Davidson College Station, Texas

So me and some friends are riding from College Station to Colorado for vacation. Nine miles from the Texas New Mexico line my buddy's CVO Street Glide blows up. We called The Ranch to ask a question about the warranty on this USED bike he bought 2 months ago and they said if we could get it back to Amarillo they'd have Tripps Harley Davidson check it out. So we found someone to haul it back to Amarillo, 20 minutes before the guy shows up The Ranch Harley Davidson called us and to us they were coming to get the bike in Amarillo and were loading a loaner on the trailer and would be there that night, they arrived at 2am and handed us the loaner and picked up the blown up bike. For those of you that don't know that's a 511 mile 8 hour trip. This is outstanding customer service if you ask me. We were back on the road the next morning to continue our vacation with a nice Road Glide loaner.

Well I guess I'll give Savannah Harley Inn Georgia a five. On a ride from Ct. to Florida, I broke down 70 miles north of Savannah on Sunday last week. Roadside assistance towed the bike to them arriving about 2 in the afternoon. They took the bike right in and pulled the primary, (bike would not pull). The transmission pulley had stripped. Unfortunately they did not have all the parts in stock, but Monday morning they sent a guy to the nearest dealer to pick up a spacer and gasket to finish the repair. It's good to know there are dealers out there who take care of riders on the road.

Default Cool Springs Harley

I would like to give a big thank you to Cool Springs Harley in Franklin, Tn. I was on the Run for the Wall with 350 other Motorcycles from Southern California to Washington DC when I lost all my coolant. Cool Springs was the closest dealer and I got there late in the afternoon. They got me right in and replaced the water pump and while I was there got a new front tire. They bent over backwards to get me back on the run and I was in and out in 2 hours. Good customer service should be acknowledged. Thanks again.

Treasure Coast Harley Davidson for the win! These guys are phenomenal! Gave me an unbelievable deal on a new fat bob. First class people! Jimmy the sales manager was incredible to work with. Nick, my sales rep, did a great job as well. Any future motorcycle I might buy will be through treasure coast for sure!
