Default American Harley-Davidson
My wife got bailed out on our way to the 115th in Milwaukee last Monday.
Her 11 SG started bucking, sputtering & misfiring on the NYS Thruway two service areas before Buffalo,
so we headed for this dealer to see if they could solve the issue.
Took it right in & diagnosed the Fuel-Pack **** the bed.
Discussed our options & once we okayed their idea, they got to work.
Downloaded a Power Vision MAP, tuned it & test rode it.
Had us going in about 3 hours, & we made our hotel in Mentor, Ohio.
Bike ran fine for the entire trip of 1500+ miles from there on...
Kudos to Mike & Rick in the Service Departmant for coming to our aid.

Just bought a 2018 Twisted Cherry Road King from this dealership and wanted to give them a shout-out. The entire staff was exceptionally helpful and clearly focused on the customer. The entire experience was positive. I never judge a bike purchase just on the “great deal” I got but more on whether I feel like I need a shower afterwards and that certainly wasn’t the case working with this crew. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to make a good deal on a bike-you won’t regret it!

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with dealerships in East Tn, either Knoxville or tri-cities areas. Got my ride at Colbach in Morristown, but I know there’s three or four other dealers around so if you’ve dealt with them let me know

Rocky Top Pigoen Forge TN is the best dealership I have ever been to. The people are amazing and I am one of 3 of my friends who have bought a bike from them. We live in PA by the way!!!!

I second this, Historic dealership with a great track record, Pat Patterson owned it for 50 years and the whole corporate came to party with him a week before he died. Can't go wrong there

The guys at Auckland Harley Davidson, funnily enough in Auckland, New Zealand, have never put me crook. Craig Robinson has always been great to deal with as are the parts and sevice guys. Bought 3 bikes from them over the years and never a bad experience.

Mt. Cheaha Harley Davidson has the best customer service, sales, and motor clothes department of any of my surrounding dealerships. I would rate 5 stars in every department.

Ask for Andrew. Straight shooter no bs. Was one of, actually he was the only dealership around so-cal that seemed to be no pressure, and most important no bs. We have this you want it? We can sell it for $XX,XXX.xx
