I’m from Pa. A long way to go to buy a bike right? But the deal was way better than anywhere else. Of course price isn’t everything. Great communication. Knowledgeable and friendly.
The true test of a business is how they handle a mistake. We all make mistakes. They forgot to order my handlebars. After waiting quite awhile to pick my bike up I got a call. They said we cannot lie we Fd up. We are very sorry we dropped the ball. So we’re going to give you a $200 gift card will that be ok?
They are already installing the apes for free. So now they are paying half the cost to buy them. He also said from here on out we will continue to give you parts discounts and ship them to you in Pa for free. I’ll be back!

And today...
New Year’s Eve I got a call from the owner and president of Adamec. Mr Adamec himself. Thanking me for my business and telling me that he wants to make sure I am 100% satisfied with my buying experience and that if at any time I had any questions or concerns at all I could feel free to call him directly. Picking my bike up next week and actually looking forward to meeting these folks in person.

Outstanding sales and service department. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to do business with. The owner (Hal), General Manager (Jamey), Sales Manager (Kris “Cheddar”) and Service Manager (Thomas) are all Harley owners and riders. Service Technician (Jeff) is very through, knowledgeable and does outstanding professional service.
Saw a guy (Crazy One Eyed Biker) ride up today with a stripped shifter, the service department was immediately on the job. While waiting he walked over to the sales floor and purchased a 2019 Road Glide Ultra and back on the road in no time. Now That’s the kind of folks you want to do business with.
