Now that Granite State HD in Lebanon NH has been bought out by the same folks as Seacoast/Rochester/Boston and renamed back to its original Twin States HD it’s back to being a good dealership. Prior to that, the psychotic bi-polar bitch that had bought it ran it into the ground.

I'm with Dawg on this one. The previous owner was a condescending nutjob with a bad attitude and a chip on her shoulder. When the owners of Seacoast/Rochester/Boston HD's bought the place they turned it around. It's now a reputable dealer that i'm happy to do business with.

Space Coast Harley. Awesome customer service, really friendly folks there. Guess that’s why they are the largest dealer in volume in the country.

Palm Bay, Florida

I rode my 2017 Ultra Limited from home to Alaska (and then back home). I knew it would need the 15,000-mile service when in Alaska so I emailed Denali HD in Wasilla requesting an appointment. The service manager called me and we set the date and time.

The service was very well performed. I watched the tech through a window into the shop and he was very thorough and careful. He checked everything.

When the tech was finished with the bike (which was a filthy mess) was turned over to the shop's detailer who spent one hour with it in the wash bay. It was delivered to me looking like it had been rolled off the showroom floor.

While I was waiting for the work to be completed I was provided with coffee, soda, water, donuts and the use of a lounge that had a pool table, tv set, wifi, and easy chairs.

Highly recommended.

Gatto Harley in Pittsburgh PA, saw what I wanted online, called them a few minutes later. Kevin the salesman said he would have it out for when i got off work. I didnt have much time so I told him I wanted the bike but couldn't pick it up until the next morning (saturday) they came and opened the shop up early and the bike was sitting out when I arrived. All the paperwork was ready to go, I signed, jumped on her, and left. Literally spent a total of 30 minutes there between the 2 days. No pressure, down to earth guys, ect. *****. Not to mention the exact same bike I bought with 10000 less miles was sitting at Hot Metal Harley for $8000 more than what I bought mine for.

Harley Davidson of Dallas in Allen, TX treated me great. The salesman Mark was courteous and full of helpful/useful information. I explained I don't have a lot of time, am impatient and want to test ride the road glide. He got me a tag and we went out on a 20 minute ride. When we got back to the store, I noticed the 2019 CVO Road Glide on the showroom floor in Charred Steel and Lightning Silver and had to have it. I stole the bike off the showroom floor as it was stickered at $46,000 and got it for $34,800 with 3 miles on the odometer. It was late on July 3rd, but they offered to open the store for me on the 4th, so that I could pick up my bike and ride her home. I went back on the 5th to buy helmets, gloves, jackets, boots and a windscreen. And I'm earning points to get free stuff later for Christmas. Absolutely the best buying experience I've ever had buying a bike. This is my first Harley and I won't ever buy from anyone except HD of Dallas. Side note: They are moving to a 65,000 sq ft facility on 121 and Stacy and changing the name to Black Gold Harley-Davidson.

DAMN! Way to go man. I saw this same exact bike at Laconia HD last weekend and asked a salesman about it. He said that MSRP was $46K but because it's a CVO they wouldn't let it go for less than $50K! Enjoy that beautiful bike brother.

$50k for a GD motorcycle. I hope it turns into a pile of rust in their showroom.
