Valvoline 20-w50 synthetic anyone?
I went to 3 auto stores looking for my mobil 1 20w 50 v twin and no one had it. So I got Valvoline 20W-50 synthetic. Has anyone else used this and if so how do you like it? Thanks.

I've use it before with no ill effects. Its rated for CF use. You can also use Mobile-1 15w-50 synthetic. Not a significant difference from V-Twin to justify the price. Lots of opinions on oil...

Many of us use AMSOIL.
It allows for extended change intervals, which brings the price down, AND by independent studies..... IT IS THE BEST for bike or cage....... Check it out here... http://www.stogieoil.com/ Don't rely on my word, check out the studies..... Stogie |

I have used Valvoline 20-50 Syn-Power full synthetic since my first oil change (@ 800 miles)...I've changed oil every4,000 miles (2 changes)...I now have 8,900+ miles showing and my bike has always run cool and quiet...I also use Valvoline 75-90 syn gear oil in my transmission...always find neutral easily and my shifts are smooth...I use Valvo (dino) in allmy cages...133,000 on my '99 Explorer (still running great)
