High Idle Solution?
 

Thanks to all who responded to my earlier post. Much appreciated.

The fix (temporary until Harley gets it in order) is: (tried and proven on 08 Ultra Classic)

Ignition to on. (wait for indicator lights)
Ignition OFF. (Wait about 3 seconds)

Repeat this cycle a TOTAL of 4 times.

Wait about 15 seconds and start the bike. It SHOULD idle properly at 800-1000 RPM.

I do not use the Kill Switch now.

Do not rev the bike before shuuting off the ignition.
