David, I have 2 Harley-Davidson's for sale. One of them is about 95% (image below) all there, the other one is a rolling chassis with a motor and tranny. I am in the Houston area. Let me know if you are interested. The bike does not run, however the motor and tranny do turn over.

They were made in Italy, so I don't know about the "Chinese" writing, but a nice one is worth many times what it cost new in the 70's.
